Refund Policy

At SlotTurf, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our professional booking management system.
1. Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. After 7 days, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
2. Renewal Refunds
Automatic renewals are generally non-refundable. We recommend cancelling your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date if you wish to stop using the service.
3. Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5-10 business days after approval.
