These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SlotTurf ("we", "our", or "us"), a subscription-based turf booking management platform. By accessing or using SlotTurf, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

SlotTurf is intended for business use by turf owners and operators. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Login access is provided via OTP verification, and you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use SlotTurf only for lawful purposes related to managing turf bookings. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of booking details, customer information, pricing, availability, and any communication with your customers.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

SlotTurf operates on a paid subscription model. Fees depend on the plan you select. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Cancellation & Account Suspension

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If a subscription expires or payment fails, access to paid features may be paused. Your data will not be deleted immediately and can be restored upon reactivation.

5. Booking Data & Responsibility

SlotTurf provides tools to manage bookings but does not participate in or guarantee any booking transactions. Any disputes, cancellations, refunds, or misunderstandings between you and your customers are solely your responsibility.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep SlotTurf available and reliable. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of SlotTurf is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

SlotTurf is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful activities. Upon termination, access to the service may be restricted.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SlotTurf after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
