At SlotTurf, we aim to provide a reliable and professional booking management system for turf owners. Please read our refund policy carefully before subscribing.

1. First-Time Subscription Refunds

If you are subscribing to SlotTurf for the first time and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. This applies only to first-time subscriptions.

2. Subscription Usage

If significant usage of the platform has occurred during the refund window including but not limited to creating bookings, managing customer data, or accessing reports refunds may be declined.

3. Renewals & Ongoing Subscriptions

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests for renewals may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically qualify for a refund of the current billing period.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–10 business days.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@slotturf.com with your registered mobile number, subscription details, and reason for the request.

7. Policy Updates

SlotTurf reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
